TERMS and CONDITIONS

Minimum Order: $100.00 or subject to sales. FOR WALL SYSTEMS: discounts available based on volume of lineal feet ordered in excess of 5,000 lineal feet.

 

Terms: Credit card or net 30 days from receipt of invoice upon credit approval.

 

Freight: F.O.B. (our dock) Grand Haven, MI. Customer responsible for shipping costs.

 

Returns:No material will be accepted for returns without a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). 
A copy of the RMA must accompany any shipment.  All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee and returned freight collect to shipper.  All returns are prepaid back to Unislat unless previously negotiated. 
Returns must be made within 10 days.

 

Prices: All prices and terms are subject to change without written notice.

 

Warranty:All Unislat products are warranted against material and/or manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the replacement and/or repair of the merchandise that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. Warranty excludes items that are tampered with or subjected to abuse or extraordinary wear not normally associated with normal usage.

 

Damaged Goods: UPS Shipment - When merchandise is discovered damaged after opening, call UPS for an inspection report and require UPS to return the item to us. Do Not Return merchandise yourself.

TRUCK Shipment - Note damage on both the driver’s copy and your copy. Have the driver sign both copies. You can now file the claim with the carrier. If concealed damages are found, keep the carton and call the carrier for an inspection report. If we can be of any service to help file claims, call our customer service department. Do Not refuse or Return damaged goods to us.

 

Shortage: Unislat must be notified in writing of any product shortages within 10 days of receipt of goods. Any claims beyond 10 days will not be honored.
